Welcome and thanks for choosing Suntribe (“Suntribe”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are the terms which apply when you (the user of the website) access the website (the “Website”, the “Service”) or place orders for products on this Website.


1 Private Customers: Prices, Delivery and Returns

1.1 We offer free delivery on all orders over € 20, meaning that you do not pay any shipping once you order two products of any kind. Otherwise shipping costs € 2.99.

1.2 Shipping takes longer the further away from us you are (we’re based in Sweden). Here are the shipping times you can expect: 

Sweden (1-2 days), Europe (3-5 days), North America (6-8 days), Asia, Australia & South America (10-12 days), Africa (14-18 days).

1.3 All prices are including VAT.

2 Business Customers: Prices, Delivery and Returns

2.1 We offer free delivery on all orders over € 200. Otherwise shipping costs € 14.99.

2.2 Shipping takes longer the further away from us (we’re based in Sweden) you are. Here are the shipping times you can expect: 

Sweden (1-2 days), Europe (3-5 days), North America (6-8 days), Asia, Australia & South America (10-12 days), Africa (14-18 days).

2.3 All business customer prices are excluding VAT. Only prices for Swedish business customers are including VAT.

2.4 We accept orders for delivery within the European Union via the website. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange delivery to countries outside the European Union.

2.5 To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must have a valid, tax-registered retail business.

2.6 As a buyer, you are responsible for any and all taxes (including Value Added Taxes,) fee, custom duties, tariffs, and other charges (including shipping charges.)

2.7 We do everything in our power to deliver high-quality products in suitable packaging. However we are not responsible for damage in transit. You must make any claims of defects, including but not limited to those related to shortages, quality, or specification, within the first 5 days after the receipt of merchandise. It is the responsibility of Buyer to inspect upon receipt, that all merchandise delivered matches its order.

2.8 If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us immediately. You will get a full refund if the order has not been sent out yet, otherwise shipping costs and a 15% service charge will be charged.


3 Legal Obligations and Limitation on Liability

3.1 While we do our best to make sure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date. All information presented, and any related links, is provided for general information only. 3.2 Each section of these Terms & Conditions is valid in itself. Should any part or provision of these Terms & Conditions be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator, all other parts remain valid.

3.3 We will do our best to resolve any disputes over these Terms. Relevant Swedish law applies.
